  • Crispy chicken wings:
  • 1 1/2 lbs. disjointed chicken wings
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1 med. egg
  • 1 med. onion, finely diced
  • 2 c. finely crushed corn flakes

In a bowl, mix together egg, garlic powder, soy sauce and ginger powder. Set aside. On wax paper, mix together diced onion and crushed corn flakes. Dip each wing in soy sauce mixture and roll each wing in corn flakes and onion. In glass baking dish, cover and cook to microwave the coated wings on high for 20 minutes or until cooked.

Recipe for Quick casserole:

Ingredients:

  • 1 T Butter
  • 3/4 C Rice
  • 1 T Chopped onion
  • 1 C Chopped celery
  • 1 Can Beef Consomme
  • 1 can Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Chicken & rice soup

Directions:

Saute the celery and onion; add to other ingredients in the casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees until rice is cooked, approximately for 60 minutes.
